MATTHEW J. PECK, Ph.D.

Matthew Peck obtained his Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology from Alliant International University where his studies concentrated on jury analysis and criminal justice administration and management.   Matthew’s dissertation, Construction of the Civil Litigation Bias Scale, produced a scale to asses juror attitudes toward corporate litigants and individual plaintiffs.

Dr. Peck worked with the Fresno police department to study the effects of police stress, facilitate the development and implementation of the companion officer program, and provide gang profiling intelligence. Matthew also worked with the State of California Department of Justice: CaliforniaAnti-TerrorismInformationCenter, focusing on terrorist organization profiling, criminal intelligence and crime analysis. 

Matthew Peck’s recent publications are included in the American Journal of Forensic Psychology as well as a psychology text book entitled, Sex Crimes and Paraphilia.
